What are the delivery and shipping costs?

I offer shipping through Royal Mail Second Class, with prices starting at £1.50. To ensure all paper products arrive in great condition, I use sturdy, hard-backed envelopes. I make an effort to use environmentally friendly or neutral materials when shipping, so I opt for recyclable packaging whenever possible.

Do you offer bespoke or custom orders?

Yes. Typically, this would be on business stickers, but I am pleased to offer it for almost every item. Please talk to me before ordering to ensure I can do what you need! I will need a high-resolution logo or image, ideally as an SVG, with the font and colour codes. Please note that custom orders may require additional processing time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As I make most items to order, it typically takes me 5 working days to complete an order, and then shipping will depend on Royal Mail and the time of year, but normally, I would expect it to arrive within 3 working days of being sent. You will receive an email from me as soon as your item is despatched. If your order is urgent, please let me know before ordering so I can confirm I can meet your timelines.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty. My Refund policy can be found here.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to cancel your order. If that's the case, please let me know as soon as possible. Generally, orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched, but once an order has been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. However, I'll do my best to help you out and accommodate your request if the order has already been shipped.
